Lovely stuff from Mr Young, many thanks
Thanks for this - it's cool to compare the two shows and pick out the little nuances, even comparing the crowd reactions is kinda fun. Neil's new material is so deep and timely...if you haven't heard it check it out!
PS just a request for any recent Pearl Jam would also be greatly appreciated. As always thanks for all you do!
The performance is really nice. The audience noise is minimal. The recording could use some equate as it sounds a little distant. Any shows by Bert Jansch, Richard thompson, Steeleye Span and the like
would be greatly appreciated.
Please....post one of the Bert Jansch set openers for these shows!! Please Dave! (The Worcester set of his would be ideal!!)
Unfortunately I missed out on the Twisted Road when it Seattle (damn those high ticket prices of Neil's!), but this is a nice enough substitute. The new songs are pretty amazing, so here's hoping he gets them recorded quick before he changes his mind about them (as Neil so often does). Thanks for sharing Mat (on my FB page too).
