Big thanks to the original taper, and to the trader (K) who hooked me up with a copy.
I originally mastered this 2009-08-26. This FLAC fileset comes from WAVs from this dub, which only needed SBE corrections in TLH; no CD-Rs or EACs.
OU OTES: It's a very hissy tape (I did nothing to try to address that), and there's not a lotta low-end, but whatchagonnado. Beyond that, and one super-brief speed fluctuation near the end, it's a very decent & listenable tape.
There are cuts in the source tape just before Sugar Coated Love & She She Little Sheila, and I put track marks in those spots.
It's just a little too long for one disc, but I sure can't cut anything outta this one. If you choose to do some editing, you could probably just squeeze it onto one.
A nice show from before Plant came out with his Honeydrippers EP in 1984. Was said to have Jason Bonham on drums, but Plant name-checks O'Neil during the show & so I doubt the truth of that.
Plant says it's only the "second gig we've done"; per his website it's the fourth, but maybe this is in reference to this lineup.
I did what I could to track down who originally did the songs; some of them Plant mentions, others he didn't but I figured them out by the lyrics. I'm missing a pair - if you can fill in the others, please post & share it with everyone.
