In the 80s, at a time when Christian Artists were hoping to be relevant and gain respect outside the confines of the Christian music industry, many hoped that their debut Island release would break them into the big time. Too bad U2's Joshua Tree was released the same day and took a good portion of Island’s promotional resources.
Here is a great Soundboard show from the 77s on their latest Holy Ghost Buiding tour. The show was recorded at the Canal St. Tavern in Dayton Ohio 6/28/08.
Anyone who ever saw one of their legendary sets at the Cornerstone Festival might even try to convince you that they were the greatest rock band that you never heard of.
