Another one dusted off from my live tape collection, taped from Triple M in Melbourne many years ago. I'm sure it's not the full concert, but this is all they played on the radio at the time.
All the advertisements were edited out at the time of taping and this is noticeable between some songs, but otherwise it's a great sounding show.
Sorry I can't be more specific with date or venue, perhaps someone else can help?

Another nice Robert Palmer radio show.
OU: I use Click Repair, and sensitivity is required. I checked each track carefully when using this, the end result here is largely clear of vinyl clicks but the odd one can still be heard : just like any attempt to 'clean up' a recording by any means it's possible to over-do it, thereby removing music.

A very good performance, though not strikingly different from others from the same era.

OU: I torrented this before but this time I have de-clicked it...I have now found "Click Repair" to be a good tool that does a good job of this. Some minor rustle is still detectable and the odd muted tut in the background...I don't
change the standard / recommended settings on the tool as I am aware more 'tough' cleansing also can remove ambience, the music...
When I torrented this before I put it on a couple of sites...this is in what should be the correct running order. In some of the shows in the early years he kicked off with How Much Fun, and the muted voice of the announcer can be heard softly as How Much Fun starts. The running order is based on close comparison with other shows from the era and much more likely than the order they were on the LP.
I did provide a list of differences with the other shows from this period last time...I no longer have that, but suffice to say radio broadcast shows that have been shared from 1976 and 1977 have a similar sound but are different.

TheCommish notes: Here's a really nice Robert Palmer pre-FM nugget that hit my mailbox a while back.
In addition, the CDR that I received from dlloyd77 included 4 large/untracked files (which included some commercials) as well as smaller files (a show promo and more commercials). For this torrent, I included the show's promo but I removed all of the commercials. In a couple instances, the commercials started over the crowd applause, so I applied some minor fade-outs using Nero's wave editor.

Robert Palmer: San Diego 1986 (Pre-FM and FM) FLAC

Live SDSU Open Air Theatre 1986-07-26 expanded to the complete show FM and Pre-FM super show!
Here, he is at the peak of his powers. He does all his hit songs, including "Some Like It Hot" from the Power Station days. Amazing stuff. Why is he no longer around? He died, sadly, of a heart attack in 2003 at the age of 54.
For this expanded version of this concert, three sources were used: First and foremost my original pre-FM version, the FM source from Dime member TheCommish, and an alternate FM source for the first track "Monogamy" (thanks to the original seeder!). Tracks were renumbered with the following notations:
