It is one true piece of music. Some tracks are really worth a listen (and more) others will just be for completist (studio chatters and stuff like that), but all in all it's the second best way to discover Led Zeppelin: during recording sessions (the best way being live in your living room). It's so amazing, I can't help but sharing it.
Comments included when I got it: Japanese bootleg. Deluxe cardboard box with a photo of the burning Hindenberg on the front cover. The discs are packaged in white sleeves with the clear window on the front to allow easy identification. Also included is a four-fold insert with the track listing.
"This box was released in May 2007. It contains everything on ntrabata's "Sessions", Midas Touch's "Brutal Artistry" and "Brutal Artistry II", and Empress Valley's "The Lost Mixes EP Voume 1". Antrabata and the Midas Touch both titles were all three released in 1997, and Empress Valley in 2001. Scorpio doesn't include any of the new material released during the six years prior to it's release. Going back even further, they also excluded the extra 36 minutes of Battle of Evermore outtakes that's only found on TDOLZ's "Sessions" title from 1997. There is some minor material making it's debut. The first disc's track 13 has an extra half minute in the end over prior releases. Disc ten's tracks 7-14 provide an extra 17 minutes of studio room floor edit pieces for Ten Years Gone and Boogie With Stu. Scorpio's material was closely sequenced chronologically. They were careful to not miss the few bits of tape before/after tracks that have commonly been missed by others. The tapes are excellent quality, with the only exception being some static halfway through Stairway To Heaven on the final disc."

There was so many errors with the MU files that I decided to start all over from the beginning at RS. I tested 1-15 from RS and they all unpacked without any errors, (except when it couldn't find 16), so I'm going to continue with RS and dump all the MU files. The MU files ran so many errors beginning with file 5 & 6, and it just kept compounding from there until I had no real way of knowing whether or not I was unpacking everything, or whether or not it wasn't all corrupted.
for whatever reason, this post was problematic. I considered shredding it and starting from scratch.
I still may do so.
I have had several folks email me and tell me that all went well too.
I verified all 84 files (42+42) before they went up and I verifies the bit count on rs and mu and they all passed. I really don't know where the problem is...if there is a problem.

I concur with tonyr's comment.
Here is my experience on this:
I have finally succeeded in decompressing your 42 parts :-) (after downloading twice all MU parts without success in decompressing, as premium MU user there is no DL limit so I didn't care) and then I have finally started back with DL of RS parts.And with all RS parts, the decompression with UnRAR on Mac works well :-)
Actually there are serious problems in the contents of MU parts starting from MU part 5 (only Part1->Part4 on MU are ok and truly compatible with RS parts).
To check that there does exist a problem on MU, just compare the size of your parts 42 posted on RS and on MU. On RS, part 42 takes properly 86.7 Mo and part 42 on MU still takes wrongly 100Mo !!!
So imho and to avoid problems and endless unecessary comments/complaints, you should better remove all MU links and keep only RS links which work perfectly.
Anyway, thank again for your effort, your help and thank you for this gret post.

I tried downloading the original MU links that you posted and those that were either missing or not available I replaced with the equivalent files from RS.
The first thing I noticed that was the last file (part 42) was exactly 100MB - a big coincidence that the last part is exactly the same size as all the other parts. And then while unpacking the files I had a number of CRC errors, some files occured twice in the set and were overwritten and, as to be expected, it wanted part 43. On examining the unpacked files a number were missing.
Now most of you most likely know all of this already, but being a software tester (and that's the Truthhhhhhhhh! - remember Rowan & Martin?) I set out to see if I could salvage some of the missing files. In short, the end result was as follows:
- Part 5 is the real part 36, and therefore parts 6 & 7 should be renamed parts 5 & 6.
- The correct part 7 is missing (Disc 2: 15-24).
- Part 34 is copy of part 33 (Disc 8: 32-37) and therefore parts 35 & 36 should be renamed 34 & 35
- Part 37 is copy of part 19 (Disc 4: 2-13) and should be replaced by the part 5 mentioned above and renamed part 36.
- The remaining parts 38...42 should be renamed parts 37...41.
- The real part 42 is missing.
So, if you've downloaded the first set of files and don't want to download the whole lot again then just download the NEW parts 7 and 42, and do a bit of renaming.
I hope this post can be understood. Maybe someone, somewhere can make use of it. And Dave, maybe this helps you discover what went wrong in the first place.

You can listen them and in some part they stop and the player go to the next track.
