I have herad the "How do You do iT" many times, first getting my copy in '82. I eblieve there is no difference in the mix, or whatever. There is no edited version to my ears. They are all the same, just like the various "Rain" versions, all the same.

This is a good one, thanks.

The Beatles will always hold a special place in my heart and my memories, those that still exist anyway.

My dad took me and my cousin to see them at Atlanta Stadium, in Atlanta, GA back in 1965. I was 12 years old and that was the first concert I ever went to. I remember how overwhelming the whole thing was.

My dad didn't really like them or understand what they represented, but he was forward thinking enough to know how important they would be to my generation. So that's why he took us.

On the way home, he asked me if I wanted to let my hair grow long like The Beatles.(You have to remember that was considered long hair at the time) I said "no way." Had I said "yes" I'm sure he would have let me do it. Funny...a few years later my hair was down past my shoulders. I'd say "who knew" but then my did did.

Thanks, my childhood was made so much brighter by the Beatles and I saw the Abbey Road show which I enjoyed, partly because the sound system was great and nice and loud.
This is a fantastic collection of Beatles songs play it loud.
There are a lot of important people connected with the Beatles and these recordings that have been forgotten which is a great shame.

Thanks! I'll have to check this out later.

So, Dave, you springing for either (or both) of the upcoming Beatles remasters box sets?

I'm still unsure, myself. Maybe the limited mono set if I can get past forking over $200+ on it... hehe

Thanks for this. So is it 8cd or 16cd? Is there more coming? I didn't find the artwork either in the files. Thanks again for all you post.
