Argentum Astrum: A really superb show from the 1975 Tour. The sound is great and the playing is excellent. Robert is in decent voice and the band is on a roll! No Quarter and Dazed And Confused are some of the best versions ever, and he opening numbers are really powerful. The earlier shows on the tour like the New York shows were long, but the marathons were generally played at 1973 length (No Quarter never exceeding twenty minutes, Dazed never exceeding thirty). In the west coast shows Zeppelin expands the numbers to where a thirty minute No Quarter and a forty-minute Dazed And Confused are routine. More highlights include something happening onstage after Bonham's drum solo, which causes Plant to start singing lines from Max Bygraves' "You're A Pink Toothbrush". This song is nothing more than Plant singing what appears to be a commercial jingle. It has only 10 seconds but it's funny!

Argentum Astrum: This show is one of the best from the 1975 tour. The entire show and length are impressive, but what makes this so memorable are the two epics. No Quarter is 30 minutes long and one of the best ever. But here, we have the second to last longest ever Dazed And Confused, clocking in at 45 minutes and it is the best one ever (the other one, clocks at 46, can be found on the last LA date, on March 27th). It moves through several sections and has many dynamic contrasts to keep it interesting throughout ... it doesn't seem like 45 minutes.

Badge Holders, Blueberry Hill and now this. Amazing!
Thanks again for the awesome Zeppelin. Thanks for all your effort, I know how much work goes into posting these shows.
Cheers!
Yes, thanks Dave. Totally great as usual!

Mega link#8 is not working properly. Almost dead. Thanks for the Zep!
(this is too much Zep for me but): 7 cds for an aud. source?!--this must either be a great concert or a great sounding tape(s), or both!
Just a heads up -- megauploads just attempted to upload some viruses on my system when loading a file.
It's 7 cds cause it's 2 shows March 17 & 21, 1975
I got Blue Screen of Death after downloading part one, and now have some issues on my laptop. Be careful, folks.
regarding the above request...
1969-10-16
does a show for this date exist???
My bad. That should read 1969-7-25 (West Allis, Wi.) All of those listed have been available in MP3 format but elusive in lossless (outside the torrent groups).
The 10-16 date was actually for the 1968 New Yardbirds gig- "Live at the Marquee, London". It too was on my list but I omitted it as a request, seeing as I let out so many already :)
viruses? not on this end- (scanned just now with avg and norton) - I would look for a bad browser object on your downloader software or computer
there is NOTHING in the source file that I uploaded I promise you that!
just checked all links secounds ago (including #8 on mega) - all are good to go
also, if you use megamanager or megatoolbar they install alexis software - not virus but spy/adware
Hey, Dave....my wife was at one of these shows. She doesn't remember a thing about the show because she got so bombed she threw up in her purse.
So....35 years later, she'll get to finally hear the show she attended.
Isn't the Internet wonderful?
did she keep the purse?
Thanks, Dave. I was shocked myself, glad to hear you vouch for the security of the site. "There are those who would vouch..."
Yeah. There are a lot of dead links. Could only get through the 12th link, then the problems began.
unable to download show from megaupload because the links have been removed
Would love a chance to grab this if reuped on megaupload again.
Has the 21st ever been remastered? got the 17th but still looking
