This is a beautiful collection of early Springsteen takes but sorry to say: These tracks are definitely lossy (= mp3 based). I've checked nearly all tracks and found both the small gaps between tracks and the typical 'fade in'.
Besides I did a frequency analysis and found nearly no frequencies above 15KHz. IMHO this is evidence enough that these flac files are mp3 sourced.
