Dave, thanks for this.. IMO, Kind Of Blue, Birth of the Cool and Sketches of Spain were 3 of Miles' most historic sessions of his long and varied musical career.
It's too bad that Miles along with 3 of the most heavy jazz musicians ever on that session are no longer with us.. Coltrane, Cannonball and Bill Evans.
My 2 all time favorite trumpet solos are Miles' on So What and Freddie Hubbard's on Stolen Moments from Oliver Nelson's Blues and the Abstract Truth LP.

Drummer Jimmy Cobb is still with us and took Kind of Blue on the road in the last couple of years. A worthwhile companion piece to own (A+ bootlegs are in circulation)

Session to arguably the greatest record ever recorded.
Anybody who's getting as much of a kick out of this as me should check out the documentary '1959: The year that changed music'.
Incidentally most of the album is comprised of 1st takes, but you just can't get too much of these guys, 'specially from this period.

I remember when I was watching Steely Dan be interviewed about their new album, they said it was going to be "Kind of Blue" and I did not know at the time what that was. I DO NOW. I have the legit on SACD. I can't wait to hear this. Can someone do the important work of making sure there are no legit releases here?? Gotta keep the nosey execs away.

Great post BUT unfortunately all these recordings have been officially released. They were all released on the Kind of Blue: Legacy Edition in 2008. They made up two sides of vinyl included in this edition. Sorry for the bad news all!

Dave, don't stress - have checked amazon, legacy edition is some single CD Japanese import for £80 with one in stock and no track listing. There is a 50th ann 2cd edition but the only alt takes they have chosen to include are 'Fran Dance' (N/A), An alt take of 'all blues' which is 5 minutes longer than yours and an alt of 'sketches' which might i suppose be somewhere in your 'session' probably in a different edit/mix anyway. More fool them, that's what i say!!!
ok i searched again (just to be sure, NEVER TRUST SEARCH ENGINES!)) and another 'legacy' 2 cd edition came up with a few 'studio sequences' on it - impossible to say if they are the same, they are split into parts 1 and 2 for 'FF' 'ALL BLUES' and 'so what'

Ok, clearly I have too much time on my hands.
I should also say that I have not listened to the version posted here or the legacy disc but here is the breakdown (time wise) for each.. First listed is what is posted here in (parenthesis)and then is the time of the tracks and outtakes on the legacy edition. As you can see time wise for each track it's very similar except the Blue In Green track has about 5 mins more than on the legacy disc.
1. Freddie Freeloader Session (13'38) orig 9:49 + outtakes 0:53 + 1:27 + 1:30
2. So What Session (12'53) orig 9:25 + outtakes 1:55 + 0:13
3. Blue In Green Session (11'13) orig 5:37 + outtake 1:58
4. Flamenco Sketches Session (24'10) orig and outtake 9:30 each + 0:45 + 1:12
5. All Blues Session (11'53) orig track 11:35 + outtake 2:50
So many awesome choices! Where do I begin? I used to have a recurring dream about walking into a record shop and seeing several albums I had never seen before by all of the bands I loved. I think that dream was foreshadowing this awesome website. Thanks a million!!

This bootleg definitely contains material from the Legacy release.
Dimeadozen banned it a while back.
I wonder just how many premium 'deluxe' editions of these sessions it is reasonable for Sony to expect their loyal jazz buying public to cough up for! It would seem that you would need to buy both the 'Legacy' and the 'Anniversary' editions to have any reaonable coverage. It feels as if there has been 200 reissues/remasters/repackages of this material and still no definitive complete version of the sessions. I can't even remember how many i've bought over the years. It's a shame to see such wonderful music treated as a 'cash cow'
