Very nice post, but the actual venue is Berkeley Community Theatre...
Actually this is the easier date to find, a classic for sure though. This show at Berkley has been heavily booted. During Heartbreaker it kicks into full Stereo. This is obviously the TMOQ release. I have a copy on vinyl that uses the TMOQ plates as well, and is titled L.A. Forum. But this is Berkley 9/14/71. An amazing night!
It's been a very long time since I've heard vinyl. Would very much appreciate more like this. Not artificially "cleaned up", but just like this!
I haven't listened to it all yet but I did notice a slight skip just after the line "...who shines white light and wants to show", and although it would be nice to somehow eliminate this unfortunate aspect of vinyl, this still brings back good memories.

Great, the Tarantura version of the same name is taken from a tape copy of the vinyl so this is effectively moving up a generation. And yes it's great to have another direct vinyl transfer and further proof that you don't need 24/96 sampling to get an excellent capture

This is Anon3 again. After listing to some more of this I've changed my mind. Way too many skips! Whoever recorded this should never have bothered uploading it. Clean the record get a new cartridge try again(more weight on the tone arm?), but this is garbage. If it was the only version on Earth, maybe. But there are others, like this one.
