Taper's Comments: Here's BAD COMPANY touring on their first album. About the worst mix I ever heard on any of the "In Concert" shows. Way too bass heavy in my opinion, but it is what it is. Still a nice performance.
This show comes from a great but short lived series that ran on ABC-TV circa 1973-75. Since this is way before stereo TV, you could watch the visual portion on TV, and they would simulcast on certain FM stations the stereo sound. While the sound and mixes are primitive by today's standards, they weren't too bad for the times. I'm happy to have what I have, and pissed that I missed a lot of them too. I think the show was broadcast on Friday nights, but I could be wrong on that.
