Who is Phil Keaggy?
Phil Keaggy is one of the best guitarists of all time--period. Give him a listen.
Formerly with Glass Harp he was voted one of the best guitarists of all time by Guitar mag.
He is now a CCM artist and producer.
Amazing show!

Is he the same guy as Kei Akagi?
no Kei Akagi (born 1953) is a Japanese American jazz pianist.
