Not the exact data of this concert, in the cover of the CD say that it is of 1979 in San Jose Center, I deduce that in California. The sound is very good, the source is of FM or soundboard.

Line-up and setlist are quite wrong....

A very enjoable sounding show but imo not so good for a FM broadcast or a soundboard. You can compare it with a similar show: ROXY ROAD 1979 (PRRP 032) which is an audicence recording but sounds slightly better. The scottstrades CAMEL PERFORMANCES web page (http://members.cox.net/scottstrades/Camel_Performances.html) rate both as a B+ and I agree.

Great. Spoke to the band when they toured Germany with this setup - as Schelhaas and the Sinclairs had all been in Caravan they joked about calling the band "Caramel" ...
Date of this one is 9th Feb 1979. Great blog.
