As requested; hope you enjoy it! Okay, I know this is the umpteenth version of this show to be shared but I know some folks will appreciate having Genuine Masters excellent treatment of Mike Millard's great recording. This is from my GM cdrs and not an audio rip from the dvd-a.
The music speaks for itself...an outstanding performance, arguably '77's best overall.

Dave, gotta agree with you regarding this show. Sad what happened to Millard.

Starting with a basic mono recorder in 1974, Millard upgraded to a Nakamichi stereo recorder with AKG Acoustics microphones for the 1975 Led Zeppelin shows in the area. He often used a wheelchair to conceal his equipment, pretending to be disabled.[2] Unlike most 1970s audience bootlegs, Millard's recordings are noted for their great sound quality, and are to this day considered some of the finest audio bootlegs available.
Millard's recording of the Led Zeppelin concert on June 21, 1977 at the Forum (allegedly taped from row number six) was released under the title Listen To This Eddie, and remains one of the best-known Led Zeppelin bootlegs. His recording of the opening number from the concert, "The Song Remains The Same", was included in the promos menu of the Led Zeppelin DVD.
Millard was never behind the sale of bootlegs and was openly against the illegal sale of his recordings - like many audience tapers today.

Once you get this Genuine Masters Version don't bother getting any more as this is the real deal from Millards master. The digital transfer and mastering by GM is second to none. To prove a point just listen to The Rover Intro and compare that sound and stereo mix to any other title for this show and the sound difference is staggering!!!! I just wish that GM were still producing. Every title they made was and still is a winner. Especially their Devils Blues title for the 1969 sets.

Millard's masters have never been transferred to digital.

The same mastered audio was used for Genuine Masters original title Watch And Listen To This Eddie and then the final title Listen To This Eddie Collectors Edition. The cdr's for both titles had the eact same audio. WaLTTE was a 2DVD-Audio disc title and LTTE-CE had the complete concert on a 1DVD-Audio disc. How the hell they managed to fit 200-minutes of audio in PCM on a single layer disc is friggin' amazing. Nice to play the full concert off a single disc and get that full natural sound that GM is so famous for.
I am a NEWBIE to these Led ZEP concert downloads...and it has opened up a WWOORRLLDD of Led Zep I didn't know of; thank you; I have tried to choose the best-of-the-best from your site & CHRISGOESROCK (Now Hudding Hill).
mY QUESTION:
IF YOU & THE FORUM had opinions as to the best of the best (both soundboard quality & great performance) which titles would you recommend: as an example I saw on a link to the Japan tour they noted the 1972 tour to be Zeppelin at their high point-didn't know that.
I would love a list of top 10 recommends---or maybe even a re-posting of your top 10 recommends.

I listened to this yesterday, and I think it is great. Thanks for sharing. I wasn't much of a Zep 77 fan, but this show restores some favor for that year. I guess it was the quality of the previous shows from 77 that I owned.
Does this sound the same as the "x-mas edition" that was posted elsewhere? If not, which sounds better? Thanks!
IMO, this and the Winston version (mainly cos of Ten Years Gone) are the best versions of this concert....
