Although this concert is well known and has appeared on more than one bootleg and has been issued by at least one Floyd group, this is taken from a first generation cassette directly dubbed from the master. This came to me on DAT from a highly respected and influential Canadian Hendrix collector who got this and several other Canadian concerts from the group of guys who used to go out of their way to record the bands in town. Of course he got his copies from their masters back in the days when the only way of doing things was to transfer to cassette. When we moved into the digital age he kindly sent me this on DAT, directly from his 1st generation tapes.
Speed was a bit fast on this release. Adjusted speed -4.1% and aligned to sector boundaries. [Spectre]

Hi Dave, Many thanks for posting the WAV of Time. It works fine for me (as does the original FLAC of Echoes). It is a great show and all the better for being intact now! Thanks again and best wishes, Mark.
Agree - all is now fine. The d2t4 flac file is still not right, but the wav file for "Time" has sorted this problem. The original flac file for "Echoes" seems OK to me. Thanks for the wav file, too!

yes, Time is the only bad.
Echoes checked 100% OK in three different ways(decode, ffp and Y!).
anyway, imho, would have been better to upload Time in FLAC, to keep the check OK with the ffp.

I used the megaupload files and they are definitely OK - except throw away the d2t4 flac file. Use the new wav file instead that Dave posted separately instead - you can convert to a flac esily if need to. Hope this helps.

Any chance you can post the Echoes From The Past (Platinum Edition)- LA 26.4.75 show remastered? I have this show on MP3 only and it is AMAZING,(and to my ears),it beats the Echoes In The Gardens Show in terms of sound quality, although I have to admit the Boston Gardens show is fantastic still! Thanks again for your generosity and taking your valuable time to give us these gems!
