Ah, two of my favorite people....

Dave, the show at the link that Doc put up has 29 segments on each side, is yours the complete show? Looking at what's missing from both sides it looks like the BBC went to Roger Waters to produce the show :-)

However, as Anon said, Doc's links are dead. A repost or giving the files to Dave for him to update things would be great.
