Thank you 2.0 for all your great posts and specially that one I was not aware of. Please keep posting as much as possible lossless stuff only. All audiophiles as you know prefer this format and this makes the real specificity and interest of your blog wrt all other ones which provide lossy quality stuff unfortunately. What a waste of energy and time imo.
Don't care about the number of links, this is the price to pay to get high quality stuff.
Can I repost (not mirror) your links related to PF on my blog with credit to you in order to make it more informative ?
Of course please post PF material and you will make me happy if you cab post Lou Reed and Patti Smith stuff.

This recording is the best I know of this tour. Sound quality is exceptionnally good considering the equipment at the time (no digital device in 1984).
Moreover, the audience is very quiet and well behaved.

Here's the reason: I belong to several private trading groups (and co-moderate a couple using a different login) whose policies are strict that material remains lossless. I honor the intent. If you see a few links here and there that are mp3 it is only because that is how I obtained the boot and I keep them only until I can trade up.

PPS I do possess a reel-to-reel FM recording of Linda Ronstadt from the KBFH from the mid-70s. "The Eagles" were her band back then. One of these days you'll see that in circulation and you'll know where it came from :)
Thanks 2.0 for your answer. Be sure Iit has never been my intention to pollute the community with lossy stuff. I did also trades during several years on private hubs and ftp, but Hubs or P2P are finally very slow imo and has became obsolete nowadays I think comparing to the service proposed by the hundred of free hosting servers available now. Top 1 is still RS for now.
So we must adapt and hopefully many traders will adapt/switch also in coming months/years and UL finally their material ;-)
