Hi Dave
Thanks a lot for this one. Merry X-mas to you and your familiy and a happy new year.
Thomas
Floyd Friday!! Thank you Dave! Although I feel lucky to have seen the Floyd at their first 2 post Waters shows in the US in Cleveland,
Denmark- I can only imagine.....
Wishing you and yours a very Joyous and Safe Holiday Season- our "Santa"!! Peace Barry
I was fortunate enough to see them at Milwaukee County Stadium in 1977.
Me '77 Stadium, only time I saw them as the Floyd- very lucky. Glad you have same experience!
Forgot they came back w Momentary indoors in Aug. '88 and was there too, now I know why the Momentary tour was my fav. post Waters tour.
:-D Merry X-mas to you to! and thanks a lot.
Thanks, Dave. I feel so fortunate to have grown up in Atlanta back in the 60's and 70's. I got to see Pink Floyd at the Atlanta Municipal Auditorium on May 12th, 1970, which if I'm not mistaken, was the first year they toured the southern US. Still got my ticket stub from that one. And I saw them again at the Symphony Hall in Atlanta in 1972. I will never forget how awesome they were. Not just the music, but the entire show and the atmosphere. I've always wondered if there's boots of either of those shows.
I saw them in Antwerp in 1977. Thanks for this one, Dave. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and you family.
Lea
Thank you Dave, for this wonderful gift before Christmas. I hope you and yours have a great holiday tomorrow, and a great New Year's as well. I look forward to more Floyd Fridays in 2012! :-)
