I was at this show. The Stones came on really late (2 1/2 hours) and their opening act (I can't remember who) was a no-show, so Garland Jeffries ended up as a last-minute replacement opener.
The Stones (Mick especially) were great though the audience, myself included, was initially angry at them for their extreme tardiness. Keith appeared to be either drunk of very high, to the extent that he lay on his back on the stage for the duration of 3 songs somewhere in the middle of their performance. His inebriation didn't seem to affect his guitar playing as I remember.
Many thanks for this memory.
Some of the tracks on CD2 are from Phoenix, not Hartford.

Generally great sound quality, excellent post (though you should have included the Hendrix Starspangled Banner finale.. the Stones closed all the shows on this tour with Hendrix & fireworks :)
