Well, it is a great recording marred by mic. phasing that resulted in the balance being hard left and the voices and instruments less clear, so I corrected the phasing by cross mixing the channels until the stereo image became clearer, and also I evened out the differing volume levels, so now it is a great listen...Enjoy!

Those Restless shows certainly were a bit special, didn't they put one of those shows out as a dvd sometime? Personally I love that lineup and it comes from one of Neil's great creative periods
Wasn't a version of "Cortez the Killer" on the compilation of the same name supposed to have originated from this show?
And if so, where is it?
Wow. A stunning performance. Unbelievable that ~150 lucky souls got to witness this (and the other OPL) performance. Clearly a great audience tape of this show. The songs simply cook and simmer. I can't imagine seeing this performance. A big 'thank you' for posting this one. Quite a unique chapter in the varied live catalog of Neil. The songs here have a purity about them, I dunno, maybe it was the atmosphere and knowing too these were played in some small venue.
Is there any chance of you posting the remaining shows as evidenced by the insert included of other volumes from the OPL gigs? It would be great to hear how Neil & Co. fared night after night in this bar and later in Santa Cruz. I know, a tall order amongst the variety here.
One of my favourites. This recording's far better than the recordings on the 4CD "The OPL-collection". The sound is much brighter and more dynamic. I can recommend it to anyone.
