I received this one from a trade last week and in my opinion it's really good, one of the best Clapton bootleg I've been able to listen to. The sound quality and the performance are both very good.
Not a standard Clapton' crowd because it happened in Monaco, there was a dinner before the gig and the price for one ticket was about 200 euros!!!

Never ceases to amaze me that people will pay these kind of prices and then record the thing for the benefit of the real fans! It was Eric who started off all this horrible exclusive monied gig culture by staging long expensive residencies at the Royal Albert Hall in 1990 and 91 for big ticket prices and filling the place with financially comfortable couples all hoping for 'Wonderful Tonight'!!
Anyway big thanks as always Dave, and, in view of the above, to the original taper too!
Thanks for this. Would love the April 19, 1987 show at the Rosemont, and the Buddy Guy jam afterword, if possible.
Never ceases to amaze me that people pay those kinds of prices to hear a musician whose creative vitality can only be heard through 40 year old recordings. More power to him for soaking these uber-rich old scenesters.
