OU: I got this unedited from Flyfisher61, so thanks to him for that! I had no expectations at all about this gig, I had no prior relation to Journey whatsoever, but just as the day was at it´s brightest this band went on stage and mesmerized me and my girlfriend. Both of us stood paralyzed and enjoyed the show, and I´ve been longing to hear it again since then. I should have taped it of course, but who was I to know?
I´m guessing the Journey-fans have been arguing this last year about Arnel, as most fans do when there´s a lineupchange, but I can´t say I care one bit about that. He sung great, looked really happy and smiled all the time, and the band sounded great too. What more could you ask for, an afternoon in the sun, at a big field right by the sea, in the southern part of Sweden, in june. :)
