Astoria Theatre, London, UK 1996-04-19 SDB
OU NOTE: cassette was simply labelled London `96, hence it would theoretically be possible that this is from Little Empire, Sheperd«s Bush, London 21st of September 1996. But all research that has been done, points more towards this being in fact from Astoria in April. All in all a very enjoyable, well balanced sdb recording from the mixing desk. This tape was given to one of the band members after the concert.

I can't remember ever seeing any Amon Duul 2 live stuff (apart from the the BBC official stuff and live in Japan CD)so this is a real treat.
Cheers, bud.
Thanks, Dave. As sIR bILLY says, live Duul is hard to come by. Another treat, hot on the heels of last week's Can post.
Any Neu!, Faust?
Thanks again,
Drachentoter
Hi there,
if anybody cares: the unknown track no.16 is called "Tables are turned" from the "Carnival in Babylon" album.
Cheers
Nice one! In thanks, Drachentoter asked for some recent live Faust - you'll find links to two gigs from 2010 indexed in my Faust megapost, kindly hosted by edo here:

Hi Dave, thanks a lot for your incredible site.
You asked for comments about Fileserve: I downloaded the first segment of this show from there and that went fine, but with other two or three segments (I didn't try them all) it looked as though it wanted me to d/l a file called "Fileserve setup manager.exe" instead of a rar. I didn't and went back to Megaupload instead. I have no explanation for this!
