This is from an original copy of the radio show. It has not been altered. It includes national commercials and the songs are grouped as they were in the broadcast. Nothing has been changed.
This particular says it was recorded at the Paris Theatre in London in 1970 & 1971.
Original airdate was the week of March 2nd, 1998.
This is an extremely clean version of the famous BBC broadcasts.

I am also thinking to switch on MU but it's true that the upload take more time than RS. The good thing on MU is that there is no DL limits and filesize limit for premium users which is very interesting.

AHMGOTR is sonically inferior to this one but it is from the same concert(s).
The BBC Archives that I posted earlier is VERY similar and both use a Pre-Broadcast source.
I found it interesting that this tape was preserved so very well, was professionally digitized and rebroadcast yet no label has released it yet.

On this one, The track ATOM HEART MOTHER is edited (the original lenght is 25 minutes, this radio broadcast - 17 minutes version -cuts 8 minutes).
The AHMGOTR version is a 14 minutes version, it omits the debut of the tracks,it starts with the David Gilmour guitar part...
Sorry, i made a mistake... The track Atom heart Mother from AHMGOTR version seems complete (but with a drop out at 17.00).It's the version from the boot " Rhapsody in Pink-The Psychedelic Years" which starts with Gilmour's guitar part.
Could we have the post "pink-floyd-bbc-1970-1971-new-best" with the first cd in Flac (instead of shn)?
RS can be time-consuming due to their limitations, MU seems to be fine. Does Badongo work anyomore?
