This is nothing to do with Pat Benatar, I'm just after a bit of Pink Floyd advice.
I downloaded "BBC 1970-1971". Are "Meddled" and "Atom Heart Mother Goes On The Road" the same material? I love both of these shows, but in your opinion do I need these other two boots? Thanks in advance.
Detailed content information on Harvested releases can be found here - www.harvested.org
AHM Goes On The Road sounds much worse than other versions.. Best avoided.
In my opinion: Meddled is the finest version, the BBC tapes are an extremely close 2nd. AHMGOTR is a distant 3rd.
I will continue to post various versions of same shows as each offers a slightly different mix (or includes things such as tune-ups and intros that others leave behind).
Regarding the above list, I am soon going to release a recently discovered 1989 rebroadcast of the same event in a Pre-FM CD Source. It sounds tremendous.
A final ramble: Some people who collect boots are completeists- meaning that they really do not care if it is a "duplicate" if it is a different release, they just want them all. I am one of those people.
Thanks for visiting the blog!

Being 40-something, I first heard this show on the air in the 70s, broadcast on the ABC (Australia's BBC). I madly taped everything in those days on my state-of-the-art (not) mono cassette recorder. I hadn't heard Echoes before and played it over and over. In fact, when I bought the Meddle LP I was a bit disappointed in the studio version. That's why this show gives me such fond nostalgia and I'm keen to get the best sounding version. Unfortunately I can't download everything I want quickly due to download limits (yes I know it can be a little primitive her in Australia), but I'll be persistent and bit-by-bit I'll get them all (hopefully the links will continue to exist :) Thanks for posting all of this great stuff! I can't wait for that 1989 re-broadcast.
Back to Pat Benatar...
I watched this DVD and thoroughly enjoyed it. Anyone who is a Pat Benatar fan will probably enjoy this show a lot. Good quality too! Highly recommended.
Thank you for posting it!
The videos are sometimes exhausting to download, but they're worth it. I have enjoyed every one so far! Thank you again.
