This looks great... I think this is the only Van boot where I've seen "Youth of 1,000 Summers" in the setlist -- thanks Dave!!
What a great avalanche of Van you have provided.
Thank you again!
There's plenty of shows feat Youth of... but you don't see too many commercially booted. I believe it was played a lot in the early 90s, Van certainly pulled it out of the bag a few times when i saw him live and it features on many of my traded tapes from the back then.
Here's some more feedback/input for you Dave - I checked out that circulating belfast waterfront boot from '97 and in fact it is a re-worked audience tape of reasonable quality. Makes it all the more surprising that the excellent hour long BBC FM broadcast does not seem to be circulating. All this Van has got me looking thru and comparing my mp3, FM masters and original traded tapes with a view to listing what's ESSENTIAL and still to be posted (I mean generally, not just here).
If I ever get to the end I'll stick it up in the comments for you to seek out or ignore as you wish. Big thanks as always for continuing to post the good stuff for us all to enjoy
OK here goes, not intended to be complete or definitive, just a damn good place to start!

Some are excluded as availaable here or elsewhere in the bloggersphere, Montreux 74 and 80 are both excluded as available on the TRULY EX Montreux DVD set (in PCM TOO). I'm sure the torrenters out there could fill in more of the last decade. Happy hunting and take care all
That is a cool list - wow, the mind reels at what Dave might be able to post in the future.
Dave, the people LOVE Van The Man so thank you for keeping him coming back for encores on your site!!!
p.s. I noticed the same thing the earlier commenter said about the '97 Waterfront show. I had bought that as a CD-R back when, and the sound was so muffled I hardly listen to it... but the newer version of it is amazing.
Loving the Van!!!
