Although this concert is well known and has appeared on more than one bootleg and has been issued by at least one Floyd group, this is taken from a first generation cassette directly dubbed from the master. This came to me on DAT from a highly respected and influential Canadian Hendrix collector who got this and several other Canadian concerts from the group of guys who used to go out of their way to record the bands in town. Of course he got his copies from their masters back in the days when the only way of doing things was to transfer to cassette. When we moved into the digital age he kindly sent me this on DAT, directly from his 1st generation tapes.
Speed was a bit fast on this release. Adjusted speed -4.1% and aligned to sector boundaries. [Spectre]

This is a great recording & performance, the only annoyance is at the end during Echoes, when a group of people near the mics keeps screaming "Sit Down" over and over. Way to go down in history as a bunch of goobers: you're witnessing a classic show by one of the greatest bands ever, and all you can think about is sitting down?

Disc 2 Track 4 TIME will not convert to WAV from either Rapid or Mega.
Please Advise
Same difficulties with the damn track #4 of disc2..tried all I know to fix it to no avail.
try unpacking the winRAR file using 7-zip. ive had quite a few bad/broken files come up when unpacking using winRAR in the past, but 7-zip unpacks them & the only flaws that they seem to have when converting to wav is a light digital pop or click somewhere in the track.
just a thought...i havent tried this on this show to see whats actually going on, but again; its just a thought...
