I think maybe it's a compilation...these tracks were never played in the same setlist together.
Anyway, thanks for the uploading Dave!
Thanks for sharing! It's a combo of live and (live in) studio material.
Here's what I have found:
1: From "BBC Sessions"
2. From "BBC Sessions"
3: From "BBC Sessions" (with “Boure” section excised)
4: Not sure (but I ought to be)
5: From "BBC Sessions"
6: From "BBC Sessions"
7: Zurich ‘80 (one of the infamous versions where they get lost)
8: Not sure
9: Zurich ‘80
10: From "BBC Sessions"
11: From "BBC Sessions" (about a minute cut off the beginning)
12: I was first guessing O2 reunion, but I don't think so (especially as a soundboard)...maybe Live Aid or Atlantic's 40th anniversary performance....?

4. I've heard it somewhere, but don't remember...
8. Could be Zurich '80 too
12. Atlantic 88 (90% sure)
4. WIAWSNB, from London 04-01-71
