* Since ripping from a CD is probably the part of this process most likely to introduce an error, I like to double check the rip. With Exact Audio Copy, I ripped my silvers using two drives that can play CDs (SAMSUNG CD-ROM SC-148A B400 and TSSTcorpCD/DVDW TS-H552B TS08). Both drives produced error-free, identical rip. Binary File Compare Version 1.02 was used to prove that the 814,204,392 bytes in each rip were identical.
OU comments: Clapton only performed once between early March and late September in 1994. And this is it - a rarely torrented benefit show in benefit of the T.J. Martell Foundation. Geetarz site gives this a rating of Aud 5. I may deduct a few points because of a relatively low volume. Still, a very interesting recording and performance.
No tweaking of any kind has been done. Even if you have a copy of this title, this may be a nice upgrade for you, direct from the masters with known lineage.
Artwork was scanned by me. There is also a strange little booklet between the cover and the inner sleeve. The bootlegger makes some comments, which are included in a scan. However, I decided not to copy the rest for fear that it might be copyrighted material. It describes cancer research in detail and has nothing to do with Clapton or the music.
The scan of my CD assures you that I am indeed sharing a silver. EAC logs and checksums are included. Also included are screenshots of frequency analysis and spectogram analysis. - imnotaper, September, 2009
