unless this is the mickey and the hartbeats show from 2-26-69 (that isn't even listed in deadbase), then this was officialy released as the "fillmore west 1969 - the complete recordings". I suspect this is 2-28-69 as the setlist is identical - sorry man, just looking out.
the info on artwork is notoriously unreliable. That is where I received my information.
Thanks for the correction.

Sorry guys,I'm confused by ALL the 'answers' in the commentary.
Are Randy/Q.B. AGREEING then that this is the 2/28 show..?..the 2/26 show..?...disagreeing..?
Are the links in Randy's LAST commentary to a NEW upload of the correct show he wanted to list(2/26 vs 2/28...which one?)
& lastly are you folks saying the artwork or the upload itself is from 2/26 (or 2/28)?
Inquirering minds want to know!

Hi Eric. This seems to be 2/28/69, not 2/26/69, there was a typo on the cover art that came with the discs. It was officially released in 2005, I had no idea. It was just a bootleg when I bought it back in the mid 90s. The links in the comments are to the show that Dave has removed (2/28/69). Whether they still work or not, I don't know.
Many thanks for this, whichever show it is!!!
this is 2-28-69. i dont know if the links are working but if any one needs this show (and you do) let me know. i have the fillmore boxset plus the bonus disc that came with it. would be willing to trade for a copy of dozin at the knick or just b&p. email me at rosemary425s@aol.com
Thanks Randy and Dave for all the Dead posts as well as the offer for a b&p...it's a great boxset all the way around.
I'm glad to read that everyone is enjoying it so much.
Dave, please: what is the track 2 on the first cd (between "Good morning little schoolgirl" and 'Doin that rag")? It seems that this 31 minute-long track doesn't appear on the original bootleg.
Thank you for your work.
Oh! Forget the precedent comment.
The track 2 is the same than track 203 from the second cd ("Alligator... and we bid you goodnight").

If by chance you are still watching this link,I would strongly encourage you to search out the actual "fillmore west 1969 comnplete" (easy to find) for many reasons if by chance you happened to have grabbed this since it went down.
The sound is MMUUCCHH clearer,& you will see that the songs from this boot are truncated in the beginnings in many places.
...and that doesn't even go into all the other concerts on the official release I recommend.
But I will say this...the pictures are pretty coOl from this boot, one of which especially gives you a unique 'look-from-behind' as to how simple-informal it all looked on stage, back in the day (i.e.,back in the day i was 12!)

Boy, that is some tasty stuff! It hurts how some of the openings got chopped, but, hey, I didn't even know about these sets before! Checking some of the other "complete" versions, though will still be on the lookout for some lossless ones. Gotta love that band!
