Mad Dog's release is far from complete and doesn't retain the proper running order for the tracks featured.
The other two titles are cut after Dazed but Symbols is missing a dozen seconds and the sound quality drops. Both are cut during Whole Lotta Love, but in different places. IQ has a few more seconds of tape after the show. Symbols runs a little slow on the first disc and seems to run even slower on the second disc. Both titles are likely to be from the same generation of tape but IQ has amplified theirs. The amplification has helped this title. It makes it much easier to hear the commentary between songs.

I don't think this is too widely circulated. This is a nice recording, recorded from the balcony near the soundboard. Apparently, Pegi Young was sitting less than 5 feet away from the hidden tape deck which made flipping the tapes a little hairy.
This setlist is different than what's listed in Ghosts On The Road, but matches a second, lesser quality master made from near the stage, so I think this is correct. And yes, he played This Note's For You twice in a row to end the late show.

The Tale of an Epic ! 
            The year was 1973, one that would take on epic proportions in the world of progressive rock. Genesis would start Selling England by the Pound, Jethro Tull wrote a Passion Play, ELP conducted Brain Salad Surgery and Pink Floyd took us on a trip to the Dark Side of the Moon. A vintage year to say the least. What could Yes do but to follow this incredibly creative movement.
            After the huge public success and critical acclaim of their last two albums, Fragile and Close to the Edge, many thought that the band had found the right formula and would follow the same path. Instead, Yes went where no one expected them to go. The release of Tales from Topographic Oceans in November of 1973 came as a shock to many Yes fans and press critics alike, not to mention the big heads at Atlantic records who were rather reluctant to have it released in the first place. This double album consisted of only four songs which were based on Sanskrit Shastric scriptures.
            The concept and Jon Anderson’s ethereal lyrics were met with mixed reviews, even from Fellow musicians within the band. Rich Wakeman for one was quite uncomfortable with it, as he recalls: “Experimentation is fine, but it’s something you should do in your own time as you’re writing and rehearsing the music, until that experiment is proven in your own mind. Once you know where things are going, then you can put that music on record.  The music of Tales was not proven in my mind. It wasn’t worked out !”
            Experimental or not, the album was finished just the same, and a gigantic tour to promote it lay ahead. Yes would perform some 75 concerts in 5 months. This tour started in Bournemouth, England on November 16th, 1973 and would end in Rome, Italy on April 23rd, 1974.
            The band had chosen to play the Whole of Topographic Oceans as well as the entire Close to the Edge album, with Roundabout as the encore. It was to be an endurance marathon for both musicians and fans. Chris Squire remarked, “Let’s just say it didn’t go down very well at all !”
            As the tour advanced, and Rick Wakeman became increasingly unhappy, the band realized that the entire Tales album was perhaps a bit too much for an audience to grasp all at once. At one point, The Remembering was just dropped from the set to make way for a couple more familiar songs like Starship Trooper. The grand concept was turning into a nightmare. Disgusted by the whole episode, Wakeman left Yes right after the tour, just as Bill Bruford had left a year previous after being fed up with the endless development of the Close to the Edge album. Tales from Topographic Oceans, has been, is, and probably will always remain the most controversial album in Yes’s huge back catalog, but to the avid Yes fan, the album and the tour that ensued were perceived as nothing but triumphant. Looking back on it now, one cannot help but be taken by the majestic grandeur of the music offered in these four songs. Live recordings from this tour are highly sought after by fans nowadays.
            The present concert was recorded from the audience at the Cobo Hall in Detroit, Michigan, on February 28th, 1974, the second of a two night stay. Yes performed the whole Close to the Edge and Topographic Oceans that night, something that would become rather scarce soon thereafter. This recording has always been appreciated by avid Yes fans as one of the best performances of the Tales material, but has been marred by high hiss and noise levels. PRRP staff have done their best to remove as much offending noise as possible so that the mastery of this music can be more fully appreciated.

Thanks to Foxtrotter for recording and sharing this excellent recording from a rebroadcast on WCBN. Sounds like WCBN rebroadcasted this on a night of a Ramones show being held at Pine Knob/DTE. in the Detroit area.I'm Not sure the date of the rebroadcast,but probably 1990 or so. This is a upgrade to the version that is already on a bootleg Cd called "Please, Move Back".
A few seconds from previously the bootleg was used for Joey's intro to Bad Brain as that was where the tape flip is for this recording. There is still a couple seconds missing from the beginning of Bad Brain, but I think it sounds better this way than to mix a few seconds of the other boot cd version.
Also,this has the intro by the DJ and tuning up before the start of the first song. Also, this has the encore.

This radio programme is best known for rebroadcasting Work from the RTL radio recording of Théâtre des Champs Elysées, 8e, Paris, France, 23 January 1970. Often overlooked, however, is the fact that it additionally features concert excerpts from 1971 and 1974. The June 1974 recording of Money (track 11) is particularly nice to have because it does not appear to be available elsehwere.

Also of interest are interviews with David Gilmour and Nick Mason that demonstrate their French language skills. The other major contributor to the discussion is More and Obscured By Clouds Director Barbet Schroeder who looks back on his work with the band.

You may spot that side B is louder than A - the tape came to me that way. Overall this is a very enjoyable documentary, which gets better when your ears adjust to the medium wave reception.

This two-record vinyl boot must have sold a million copies, because it seems that just about everyone used to have one. The sound quality is really nice considering the audience recording technology of 1971. Neil is quite talkative, and his "comedy" on "Sugar Mountain" is hilarious. I consider this show essential to a live Neil Young collection.
This is from mint-condition records; I was told they'd been played only six times. Still, you'll notice the vinyl noise -- boots in that era were not exactly high-quality pressings. It has been declicked. This recording has never emerged among collectors from a non-vinyl source.
CD case artwork is included; it's made from the original album jacket, including some incorrect titles because many songs were unreleased at the time. I still can't figure how they got "It's So Hard to Wait" for "On the Way Home."

Notes: Aerosmith playing on the "Done With Mirrors" tour. This is the mono soundtrack of a rare video. The sound is from the soundboard, but its totally distorted on the first track, and for about a minute on the second before someone adjusts the sounds. Fun show, Tyler is a great mood, I think he likes saying "Kalamazoo!" and at one point its "Kalamaf-ckinzoo!" Not perfect sound here, but overall pretty darn good and the really the only board material from this tour that circulates aside from the Worcerster in March of that year and tour rehearsals from Seattle.

This is a compilation of tracks remastered and re-released by MoLM to resurrect the incomplete 4Feb77 Zurich Hallenstadion performance. Much of Dogs, all of Pigs and most of SoYCD6-9 were missing from the low generation 4Feb77 source.

There are a number of qualities that make this show so interesting to have and listen to. The taper is very close to the stage, and the recording has some of the
fullest sound you'll hear from the '77 tour. The "prayer sequence" from Sheep is one of the clearest, most audible version in circulation. Dave's solos during Pigs (3d.o.) and SoYCD(1-5) are remarkable in their quality and intensity,
which also sets this apart from some of the other '77 roios. This version of WYWH is also one of the better performances going.
MoLM chose the "filler tracks" from the two Berlin and Vienna concerts for several reasons, including similar sound quality, recording levels, and audience noise. The 29Jan77 tracks are from "Animals from the Soundboard", the 30Jan77 performance of Pigs (3 d.o.) is from "Absolut Floyd," and SoYCD6-9 is from 1Feb77 Vienna Stadhalle.

Remastering work included spending lots of time blending tracks to make this roio a "complete" concert, some minor speed correction, recording level adjustments and de-clicking.
All tracks are from the lowest generation sources available.

As interesting as the recording is, it is unfortunately borderline atrocious. If there even were any, lyrics are unintelligible.

The drug lyrics version wasn't officially released (no way would the "higher ups" allow that sort...), and is said to be sourced from a studio acetate. Kudos to that fine fellow who leaked it.
They both apparantly cull from the same instrumental backing track, with the first version edited a bit.

Well, first: What this Release has to do with a raw master is ah... mh... err..., well at least it once WAS a Raw Master!
Ok, this time for real. To say it in a few words: Man, what a show!!! As buffalofloyd say in his txt "[...] the show is absolutely stellar [...] but CwtAE and FOS steal the show.".
This is really one of the greatest Floyd-Moments ever captured, and this is why I decided to polish it up. Here's the result. This is only for your dining and dancing pleasures, it´s not meant as a substitute or even upgrade to buffalo's release.
And this is where there "Purist Warning" has to be given.
In addition to the lineage of buffalofloyd's original "New Mown Grass" there is:

notes: What you now have in your possesion is quite possibly the greatest live Pink Floyd performance ever captured. CwtAE and FOS are amongst the best renditions I have ever heard.
The rest of the show is absolutely stellar as well but CwtAE and FOS steal the show.
Gilmour and Rick were exceptional on this night and they're playing on these two tracks is enough to make you shed a tear.
I am pleased to present to you a speed and pitch corrected version of this event in history. Previously this tape was out of pitch and the speed was a bit slow. I have corrected this. And now for the disclaimer... I do all my speed and pitch adjustment by ear only and not with the use of comparing against other shows or individual tracks or any crazy tools. I do not guarantee the speed or pitch to be completely accurate, this is basically my interpretation of the way I have always wanted this show to sound. No remastering was applied to this at all (as if it needs any).

First of all, many thanks to Kadjia for originally sending me this great recording of the famous "Reunion Show" of Janis and Big Brother.
This is a VG+ audience recording. On many places, the right channel was badly damaged, so I fixed it. Now you can tell there's a slight change in the sound when the fixing begins but that's all. I also had to remove a lot of gaps and glitches from Disc 2. Other than these fixes, the original recording has been left untouched.
The last two songs are from another audience source. Unfortuantely, it's of lesser quality, VG at best.
Anyway, this is a really great show and the sound quality is really enjoyable so I'd recommand any music lover to get it.

Great show in support of "The Long Run" album. My favorite Eagles era is the Joe Walsh period, so for me, this show is OUTSTANDING. It includes some nice horns work courtesy of David Sanborn, and the inclusion of Chuck Berry's "Carol" at the end is a bonus (but unfortunately, the song fades out a little past the one-minute mark...bummer). A must-have show for any Eagles fan or sorta Eagles fan.

* There was a small gap/glitch at the 1:15 mark of Track 101 (which lasted roughly 1/5 of a second); removed the gap with Nero's wave editor. "Fixed" version of Track 101 is not perfect, but much better than it was.
* There was a rough transition between Tracks 106-107 so approximiately 5 seconds of applause were deleted, resulting in a smoother transition between tracks.
* There was also a rough transition between Tracks 202-203 so approximately 2 seconds of applause were deleted, which results in a smoother transition between tracks.

About "The RS Archives":
The RS Archive consists of a selection of live recordings made by a great individual who passed away in 2005.
RS worked in the music industry in many capacities….a music fan….a musician….a sound engineer. He was considered one of the best behind the mixing board. I was honored to have known him for practically 35 years. There was no one like him….he was a wonderful human being. Everybody loved him. He was a level-headed guy who knew what sounded good and what didn't. He could conceive and design sound systems from scratch in his head to meet the artist’s needs. Whatever they wanted, he could do.
For years, he mixed music at the annual Grammy Awards and the American Music Awards television show. RS worked closely for years with Daryl Hall and John Oates, Juice Newton, Anita Baker, Mariah Carey, Tears for Fears, Crack the Sky, Kid Creole and the Coconuts, Aretha Franklin, Pink Floyd, Whitney Houston, Bette Midler, Ann Murray, Michael Bolton, Kenny G, Tony Bennett, Johnny Cash, Eric Clapton, John Fogerty, Bonnie Raitt, Frank Sinatra, John Hiatt, Little Feat, Little Village, and Waylon Jennings…..to name a few.
He had a huge reputation in the business, and that's why he was chosen to work with such budding clients as Mariah Carey. With the major stars, he was one of the preferred engineers they choose to work with. A particular client of RS who had a reputation for firing sound engineers with great regularity was Anita Baker, whom he won over not only with his technical abilities and personality, but with his refusal to put up with her criticism. He quit a few times but always came back because she loved the way he mixed her music. He could coddle difficult and temperamental celebrities, and they respected his work. He was able to kick back and get along with them. Even though he knew these people, he was a very modest man.
So now, it is time to honor him by sharing some of the many recordings he made while on the road. All are perfect (or near perfect) soundboard recordings made from the master cassettes or master dat tapes. Unfortunately, I am not able to identify the original equipment these tapes were made on, however I can say that for the transferring process, the cassette tapes were played back on a Nakamichi CR-7A, and the dat tapes on a Sony PCM-R500. They were all burnt onto cdr using a HHB CDR-850.
