OU Notes: I had to share this it's fabulous. From a tape recorded by Dan Lampinski and recently shared at Dime by Carl Morstadt I just made it run at the right speed as it was too fast. Download this, I guarantee you'll love it - unless you hate Queen, in which case, why are you reading this? The sound quality is phenomenal for a 1976 audience recording rich bass, clear treble, stereo separation and all and it's a heck of a gig. You brute. You're going to give my poor little hamster a heart attack (the one who's spinning wheel runs my computer) with all the great stuff today. He's going to have to put in some overtime to download all of these (& I do mean 'all', you've got a phenomenal selection today).

download foobar2000. it plays any audio and converts to any other.
there's also VLC
and you can pick up plugins for windows media player
Foobar is very nice but does not convert to mp3, I believe. It does wav & shn (with add-on). Recommend it for that stuff.
Winamp plays FLAC & Traders Little Helper is a great converter. I havent been able to find a good, free data editor though..any sugustions out there?

Indeed, all of his books are well worn. I even used them years ago to help teach the kids to read (nice short sentences with a picture to explain it). The kids are now somewhat warped but that was inevitable given the genes that made up their minds. Twas a sad day around here when Gary put down his pen (Bill Watterson too for that matter).
Similarly with the music, they are all getting a good foundation in the classics that the modern crap (for the most part) came from. I was watching a Pink Floyd dvd the other day with my daughter. After it was done she pointed out that David Gilmour didn't look like he could dance very well but he sure could play the guitar. I was stunned into silence as I tried to decide whether to laugh or cry...

Thanks very much to everyone who was involved in the process that now I'm able to listen here in a small town in Germany to this great concert from Queen at their prime time, played a long time ago far away at oversea, nearly as if I'm there.

This show is absolutely tremendous in quality, and performance. I was luck enough to attend the next nights show at the Tower Theatre in Philly, Pa. on Sat 1/31/76. I still remember being blown away by that show. This concert is probably a very similar performance to the one I'm saw. I'm vert grateful to be able to enjoy it. Queen was a really tight band in these days. This is so awesome.

This is one of my favorite Lampinski recordings, my man was right in the sweet spot and very close to the action. Combine that with great equipment and a smoking show and you get this outstanding recording. What are you waiting for?
The fourth zip download for either rapidshare or megaupload doesn't work. Otherwise, every other download works for the speed-corrected '76 Queen shoow. Could you reupload these downloads? Thanks.

PS - your site is unbelievable. I've found better stuff here than anywhere else in my search for great concerts over the past 15 years. CDs I bought in the 90s that I thought were good quality are inferior to material I've pulled down from here. Bravo!
