Scorpio put out the 8 CD set entitled Genuine Live 66 in 2000 (following in their tradition of sticking titles to Sony music.) It apparently contains "crystal clear line recordings" from many of the dates of the 1966 Dylan/Hawks UK tour. Much of this was previously unavailable or available only as poor audience recordings. Complete sets are still not present for some of the dates, from this it appears that recordings were not always complete.
The box set came with 3 postcards and a fold out poster (roughly 15 x 10 inches) of Bob standing on what looks to be a hotel desk. It also comes with two excellent booklets, one for the Australian tour and one for Europe.

I would just like to say thanks for posting all these. It took a while to download all the files but it was worth it in the end. I'd bought a bootleg LP over 30 years ago , Live in Melborne Australia, because I loved this period of Dylan's work. Now to get all these concerts from the same tour is incredible.
