I was the guy who originally put out this "release" of MP's remaster. I did the original artwork, which can be found here.

When you click on it, it will seem a bit small. IIRC, I made an error when i made it and that smaller size is how it was originally done. Sorry 'bout that! BTW, not sure about that "insert" artwork that is also at the link. I didn't do that or include that originally.
