Wow! Can't wait to download this and see how it compares to what I have. I suspect it is the same, based on your notes. If so, this comes from a relatively recently unearthed master cassette. The original taper has long since passed away, leaving behind a couple of large cardboard boxes of cassettes. The tapes are recognizable because he originally recorded on 120 minute blanks,hence at 3+ minutes into Rain Song There is a tape flip. He recorded most of his shows complete, so somewher the tail end of this show may someday surface.
Some of these recordings have been re-edited to fit a 90 minute tape format. The re-edited tapes are likely to be no better than 2nd gen. (His Grateful Dead 10-23 and 10-24-72 are a huge improvement over what is currently circulating.)
